So, I've been hearing a lot about "Brain Dumps" lately. If I understand it correctly, it's where you sit down and write down everything that is going on in your head. I've been using my planner faithful and at first didn't see why I would need such an exercise, but then I realized that I had written down some information, such as Christmas planning, in more than one place without any dates or action notes and that's not very productive at all!
I sat down and starting writing things down and all kinds of information poured out! Now I am taking each thing on my list and am making sure I have dealt with it properly - if not, I am dealing with it and crossing it out.
Do you "Brain Dump"? It seems beneficial to me! You don't need a printable for this one - just grab some paper and write!
