This one might take some explaining? In the picture above you will see my planner (8.5 x 5.5) opened up to my week on 2 pages. The insert that I am sharing today is half the size of an 8.5 x 5.5 page. It kind of disappears in the image above so I edged it in a small strip of washi tape (yes, I actually have some and it will probably last forever), so you can see what I'm talking about.
You can see on the color image how I am using it. On Monday I wrote on my regular planner page "order meds"; and on the supplemental page for Monday I listed the ones I needed. The same with Tuesday and laundry, on the supp page I made a list of which loads I needed to finish.
I like the faint check boxes for the tasks I mentioned above. You can also jot down your menu on this sheet, track daily chores, fitness goals for the day, food journal - whatever you want!
This insert has 2 pages - I created it 4 to a full-size page; M-Th on one side and Fri-Sun on the other. Print page one, flip it, and then print the second page. I folded the page in half and cut down the middle and then cut those 2 pages in half as well: four weeks worth on one page!
