You can use this half-size tracker in several ways. If you only want to track how many days you exercise, write exercise on the line and at the end of the week, write it down again. Or, if you want to track several different things, it is good for that as well. Use it as a daily reminder to encourage your child or to take the trash out on Thursdays (circle Thursday with a red pen). Write all your weekly chores you need to complete. Be creative!
