Well, it's the beginning of the year and around the beginning of the year I decided to up my healthy eating goals. Ideally I would like to eat plant-based 100% of the time, but the reality is that I end up eating that way more like 80%. It's just a god time to set goals and make changes.
The insert above is what I am using to track three of my goals: Whether or not I ate on plan for the day, whether or not I exercised, and a place to record my weight. I am really bad about getting on the scale everyday and that's not always good, so on this insert I plan to record it once or twice a week on specific days. My plan is to put a check mark through the days that I meet my goals.
I've made a blank version for you, dated January - December. Just print out as many as you need and start tracking.
