Please Read Before Downloading

For many years, Planner Fun Plus shared a variety of free planner printables directly on the blog. As the site and shop have grown, I’ve made a few changes to simplify where freebies live and to better serve my most engaged readers.

This page explains what has changed, where to find older freebies, and how new freebies are shared going forward.

Where to Find Older Freebies

All freebies that were previously posted on the blog are now stored in a dedicated Planner Fun Plus Google Drive folder.

These include:

• Past planner inserts
• Seasonal checklists
• Sample pages and older downloads that were once publicly available

Moving these files to Google Drive allows me to:

• Keep downloads organized and easy to access
• Avoid broken links on older blog posts
• Maintain one consistent location for legacy freebies

If a freebie was once offered publicly on the blog, this is now where it lives.

Important Change: New Freebies Are Email-Only

Going forward, new freebies will no longer be posted on the blog.

Instead:

• All new freebies will be shared exclusively through the Planner Fun Plus email list
• Some freebies may be sent directly by email
• Others may be shared via private subscriber links

This means:

• You will not see new freebie announcements on the blog
• You do not need to “hunt” for them across posts or pages
• Email subscribers get first (and sometimes only) access

About Email-Only & Exclusive Freebies

Please note the following:

• Freebies are not released on a set schedule
• They may appear occasionally, seasonally, or unexpectedly
• Availability may be temporary
• Some freebies may be retired or replaced without notice
• Not every freebie will be added to the Google Drive folder

In short:
Freebies are a bonus, not a promise — and they are subject to change.

Why I Made This Change

This shift allows me to:

• Keep the blog focused on planning ideas, tips, and real-life use
• Reward email subscribers who want to stay connected
• Spend more time creating quality planner tools instead of maintaining old links
• Offer flexible, no-pressure freebies when inspiration strikes

It also keeps Planner Fun Plus sustainable so I can continue creating both free and paid planner resources long-term.
